Horchata Overnight Porridge Shake

Prepare in advance and leave in the fridge overnight for a scrumptious breakfast in the morning
500ml oat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
40 g rolled oats
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rolled oats
25g flaked almonds
1 pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4. Combine the milk, vanilla, oats, and honey in a medium sized jug. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Place the extra oats and almond flakes on an oven tray and roast for 5 minutes, or until slightly golden. Blend the milk mixture until smooth and stir in the salt.
3. Pour the mixture into a glass, topping with the toasted oat and almond flakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
