Horchata Overnight Porridge Shake

Prepare in advance and leave in the fridge overnight for a scrumptious breakfast in the morning

Ingredients
500ml oat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
40 g rolled oats
1 tbsp honey
To decorate
2 tbsp rolled oats
25g flaked almonds
1 pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4. Combine the milk, vanilla, oats, and honey in a medium sized jug. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Place the extra oats and almond flakes on an oven tray and roast for 5 minutes, or until slightly golden. Blend the milk mixture until smooth and stir in the salt.
3. Pour the mixture into a glass, topping with the toasted oat and almond flakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
Milk-Šejk od Zobenog Mleka
Super šejk od zobenog mleka sa mirisom vanile i cimeta
Volim ovakve recepte kad počneš uvečer, završiš ujutro
Sastojci
500 ml zobenog mleka
1/2 kašičica paste od zrna vanile
1 kašika meda
40 g zobenih pahuljica
Za posipati
prstohvat morske soli
2 kašike zobenih pahuljica
25 g listića badema
1/2 kašičice mljevenog cimeta
Priprema
1. Uveče pre spavanja staviti vaniliju, med i zobene pahuljice u mleko, promešati prekriti i ostaviti u frižider preko noći.
2. Ujutro lagano tostirati zobene pahuljice sa listićima badema na 160°C oko 5 minuta ili dok fino zarumene. Mleko koje je bilo u frižideru preko noći ispulsirati u blenderu dok nepostane glatko, dodati morsku sol.
3. Uliti šejk u čaše, posuti tostiranom mešavinom pahuljica, badema i cimetom, poslužiti.
