All our products are freshly made to order and sent via Royal Mail, Tracked 24. Delivery only available for UK mainland addresses, or collection from Basildon. Please visit our Etsy shop if you want them sent to your door by post.
Due to the perishable nature of these products, they are non-refundable but please contact us if you have any issues. Due to being produced in an environment that handles all named allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Not suitable for those with any allergies.
Packaging
We are using cellophane bags for our bakes to keep them fresh. Cellophane is manufactured using paper pulp, not plastic resin making them an earth-friendly alternative to plastic.
