
Banana Oatmeal with Cinnamon

It only takes a couple of minutes to prepare this quick, tasty and healthy breakfast

Ingredients
40 g rolled oats
285 ml milk of choice
1 banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Sweetener of choice, if needed
Method
1. Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan, bring to boil, and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Serve with chopped banana, sprinkled with cinnamon.
Tip
I use oat milk; it's extra delicious sweetened with a little bit of honey!
