Banana Oatmeal with Cinnamon

It only takes a couple of minutes to prepare this quick, tasty and healthy breakfast




Ingredients

40 g rolled oats

285 ml milk of choice

1 banana

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Sweetener of choice, if needed


Method


1. Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan, bring to boil, and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.


2. Serve with chopped banana, sprinkled with cinnamon.


Tip


I use oat milk; it's extra delicious sweetened with a little bit of honey!



Zobena Kaša sa Bananom i Cimetom

Da spremite ovaj brz, ukusan i zdrav doručak potrebno vam je samo nekoliko minuta



Sastojci


40 g zobenih pahuljica

285 ml mleka po vašem izboru, ja koristim zobeno

1 banana

med, po ukusu

malo cimeta


Priprema

1. Zobene pahuljice i mleko staviti u manju šerpu, staviti na ringlu da zakuva i uz mešanje kuvati 1-2 minute.

2. Poslužiti uz seckanu bananu, posuto cimetom.
