Zobena Kaša sa Bananom i Cimetom Topao i Zdrav Početak Dana

Ako tražite doručak koji je istovremeno hranljiv, ukusan i brz za pripremu, zobena kaša sa bananom i cimetom je savršen izbor. Ovaj jednostavan recept puni tanjir toplinom, prirodnom slatkoćom i začinskim notama cimeta, a gotov je za svega nekoliko minuta. Idealan je za užurbana jutra, ali i za one dane kada želite nežan i utešan obrok koji prija telu i duši.


Sastojci

40 g zobenih pahuljica

285 ml mleka po vašem izboru, ja koristim zobeno

1 banana

med, po ukusu

malo cimeta


Priprema

1. Zobene pahuljice i mleko staviti u manju šerpu, staviti na ringlu da zakuva i uz mešanje kuvati 1-2 minute. Poslužiti uz seckanu bananu, posuto cimetom.

Ingredients

40 g rolled oats

285 ml milk of choice

1 banana

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Sweetener of choice, if needed


Method

1. Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan, bring to boil, and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with chopped banana, sprinkled with cinnamon.


Tip

I like to use oat milk it makes the oatmeal extra creamy and naturally sweet. For an added touch of goodness, I drizzle in a little bit of honey!
