Easter Chocolate Nests

There’s something quietly magical about Easter treats simple, playful and made to be shared. These Easter Chocolate Nests are exactly that kind of recipe; no fuss, no baking, just a few ingredients coming together into something irresistibly charming.
They remind us of childhood moments in the kitchen, sticky fingers, melted chocolate and the joy of creating something sweet with almost no effort. Perfect for busy days or last-minute treats, these little nests are as fun to make as they are to eat. Crispy, chocolatey and topped with colorful eggs, they bring a touch of spring to every bite.

Ingredients
200g Mars chocolate bar
100g unsalted butter
10g vanilla sugar
100g rice cereal
chocolate eggs to decorate
Method
1. Cut chocolate bars into smaller pieces and heat together with butter over low heat until they melt. Remove from heat, add vanilla sugar and rice flakes and mix everything together.
2. Lightly coat the muffin tray with oil (so that they don't stick), fill them and use a spoon to make an indentation in the middle of the each to make the nests. Put it in the fridge for about an hour to cool and harden, or leave them at room temperature overnight, covered with foil. Before serving, fill little baskets with chocolate eggs.

Uskrsna Čokoladna Gnjezda
Postoji neka tiha čar u uskršnjim poslasticama jednostavne su, razigrane i stvorene da se dele. Ova Uskršnja čokoladna gnjezda su upravo takav recept: bez mnogo truda, bez pečenja a opet neodoljivo lepa i ukusna.
Podsećaju na one male, tople trenutke iz detinjstva lepljive prste od čokolade, miris koji ispunjava kuhinju i radost stvaranja nečeg slatkog gotovo bez napora. Savršena su za dane kada nemamo mnogo vremena ili kada poželimo brz, ali poseban desert. Hrskava, čokoladna i ukrašena šarenim jajima, ova gnezda unose dašak proleća u svaki zalogaj.
Bilo da ih pripremate sa porodicom, za goste ili samo kao mali slatki trenutak uz kafu, ovaj recept nas podseća da su najjednostavnije stvari često i najlepše uspomene.
Potrebno
200 g Mars čokoladica
100 g neslanog maslaca
1 vrećica vanilin šećera
100 g rižinih pahuljica
čokoladna jaja za ukrašavanje
Priprema
Mars čokoladice iseći na manje komade pa zajedno sa maslacem zagrijavati na laganoj vatri da se otope. Skloniti sa vatre, dodati vanilin šećer i rižine pahuljice sve zajedno promešati.
Kalup za muffine lagano premazati uljem (da se ne bi zalepile) puniti ih i lagano kašikom napraviti udubinu u sredini korpice da se dobiju gnjezda. Staviti u frižider otprilike sat da se ohlade i stegnu ili ih ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi preko noći, prekrivene folijom. Košarice pre služenja napuniti čokoladnim jajima.
