Keksi od Kikiriki Maslaca /Peanut Butter Cookies

Sastojci

115 g maslaca

115 g maslaca od kikirikija

115 g šećera

115 g tamnog šećera

1 jaje

1/2 m.k vanila extrakta

85 g brašna

1/2 m.k sode bikarbone

prstohvat soli

115 g ovsenih pahuljica


Priprema

1. Omekšali maslac i kikiriki maslac izraditi da se sjedine, dodati obe vrste šećera i mutiti minut-dva. Zatim dodati jaje (koje smo blago razmutili viljuškom) i extrakt vanile. Prosijati brašno sa sodom pa lagano umešati u smesu, dodati sol i ovsene pahuljice pa promešati samo toliko da se sjedine sastojci.


2. Zagrijati rernu na 180°C. Supenom kašikom vaditi keksiće, svaki pritisnuti viljuškom, slagati na pripremljene plehove. Peći u zagrijanoj rerni oko 12 minuta ili dok počnu rumenuti.



3. Biće jako meki kad se ispeku. Ostaviti ih na plehu 5 minuta (očvrsnice tokom hladjenja), pa ih onda prebaciti na žicu da se skroz ohlade.

Peanut Butter Cookies

 

Ingredients

115 g butter (I used Stork)

115 g smooth peanut butter

115 g golden caster sugar

115 g light muscovado sugar

1 egg, beaten

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

85 g plain flour

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

115 g rolled oats


Method

1. Put the softened butter and peanut butter in a bowl and mix together. Beat in the sugars, then gradually add the egg and vanilla. Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt into the mixture, add the oats and stir until combined.


2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and place on the prepared baking trays, spaced apart. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.


3. Once baked the cookies will still be soft, so leave them to cool for 5 minutes to allow them to harden. Then, carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
