Dr.Oetker Vanilin Roscici /Spiced Vanilla Cookies

Sastojci

250 g glatkog brasna

1 vrecica mjesavine dodatka za Kiflice s vanilijom

70 g secera

100 g mljevenih orasa

malo soli

100 g maslaca

1 jaje


Priprema

1. U posudi pomesajte brasno i mjesavinu dodatka za kiflice. Dodajte secer, orase i sol. Zatim dodajte jaje i omeksali maslac. Zamjestite tjesto i kratko doradite na pobrasnjenoj radnoj povrsini. 


2. Tjesto podelite na manje delove i zarolajte u tanke rolnice ili ako vam je lakse otkidajte po malo tjesta, dlanovima ga izduzite, oblikujte male potkovice 4-5 cm duge ili polu-mjesece. Slazite ih na lim oblozen papirom za pecenje i pecite u zagrijanoj rerni na 170C~fan, 10-15 minuta.


Posluživanje

Po zelji ih kad se prohlade uvaljajte u mjesavinu secera u prahu i venilin secera.




Spiced Vanilla Cookies

They go great with a hot drink

Ingredients

250 g plain flour

1 sachet of Dr. Oetker spices for cookies

70 g caster sugar

100 g ground walnuts

pinch of salt

100 g butter, softened at room temperature

1 egg


Method

1. Mix the flour and sachet of spices in a large mixing bowl and add sugar, walnuts and salt. Then add the egg and softened butter to make a dough.


2. Divide the dough into smaller pieces and roll each section into long sausage-like shapes. Cut each 'sausage' to be about 4-5cm long, then make each into a half-moon shape.


3. Preheat the oven to 170 C (fan). Put the cookies onto prepared baking trays and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they begin to colour. Once cooled, dust the cookies with icing sugar before serving.
