Sastojci
250 g brašna
75 g šećera
1 vrećica vanilin šećera
100 g mljevenog rogača
1 m.k praška za pecivo
125 g masti
1 jaje
korica 1-og limuna
Priprema
1. U prosijano brašno dodati obe vrste šećera, rogač, prašak za pecivo, mast, jaje, narendanu limunovu koricu i zamesiti glatko tjesto.
2. Kalupe za šape dobro namastiti i pobrašniti. Otkidati po malo tjesta i lagano utisnuti u kalup, peći u predhodno zagrijanoj rerni na 160°C (fan)10 minuta. Još vruće vaditi iz kalupa i valjati u prah šećer u koji smo stavili kesicu vanilin šećera. Staviti u limene kutije do sluzenja. I ove šapice sto duže stoje, finije su.

1 tsp baking powder
75 g caster sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
100 ground carob
125 g lard (or butter)
1 medium egg
1 lemon
Method
1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl and add the sugars, carob, lard, egg and lemon zest. Mix into a soft dough.
2. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan). Grease the moulds with sunflower oil spray and take a teaspoon of dough to fill each mould.
3. Bake for 10 minutes. While they're still hot, roll them in icing sugar carefully. They can be kept in an airtight container for around 10 days.
