Posne Šape od Kestena /Soft and Chewy Chestnut & Rum Cookies

Fantastican spoj kestena, ruma i kakaa u obliku sapa. Prefinog mirisa, nimalo prhke, rekla bih kao da jedete frisko peceni kesten.


500 g brasna

150 g maslaca(posnog)

150 g secera

10 g rum secera

10 g kakaa

1 m.k praska za pecivo

200 g kesten pirea

100 ml vode


Priprema

1. U prosijano brasno rukama utrljati hladan maslac, dodati obe vrste secera, kakao, prasak za pecivo, kesten pire i toliko vode da se zamesiti glatko tjesto (mozda vam nece biti potrebno svim 100 ml). Zamotati u foliju i staviti u frizider da odmori oko 1/2 sata.


2. Kalupe za sape dobro nauljiti (mozete ih i pobrasniti) te ih puniti, pa peci u predhodno zagrijanoj rerni na 170C 10-ak* minuta. Jos vruce oprezno vaditi iz kalupa i uvaljati u prah secer zmirisam vanilijom.

Savet*

Moji kalupi su u raznim velicinama, na jedan pleh stavim one manje i njih pecem oko 10 minuta, a vece ostavim jos 3-4 minute. Od ove kolicine dobije se oko 70 sapica.




Soft and Chewy Chestnut & Rum Cookies

A fantastic combination of chestnuts, rum and cocoa



Ingredients

500 g plain flour

150 g butter

150 g caster sugar

10 g rum sugar

10 g cocoa

1 tsp baking powder

200 g puree chestnut(no added sugar)

100 ml water


Method

1. Put the sifted flour in a mixing bowl and add cold butter (diced). Rub with the palms of your hands until the texture becomes crumbly. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together to form a soft dough. Add the water sparingly as you may not need to use it all.




2. Roll it in cling film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160 C (fan). Spray the moulds with sunflower oil spray and use a spoonful of dough to fill each mould.


4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take them out while they're still hot and carefully roll them in icing sugar. Leave to cool, then serve
