Klasika al' uvek dobra!

1 solja =170 g

1 solja masti (170 g )

150 g secera

2 vrecice vanilin secera

2 jaja

3 solje brasna (oko 510 g)

1 vrecica praska za pecivo


1. Mast i obe vrste secer dobro izmutiti, naizmenicno dodavati jaja i po kasiku brasna. Kad se fino sjdini dodati preostalo brasno sa praskom za pecivo, zamesiti glatko tjesto.


2. Kalupe za sape dobro nauljiti (mozete ih i pobrasniti) te ih puniti, pa peci u predhodno zagrijanoj rerni na 170 C (fan) 10-ak* minuta. Jos vruce vaditi iz kalupa i uvaljati ih u prah secer zamirisan vanilijom.



Savet*

Moji kalupi su u raznim velicinama, na jedan pleh stavim one manje i njih pecem oko 10 minuta, a vece ostavim jos 2-3 minute. Sapice su gotove kad pocnu blago rumeniti sa strana ali trebaju ostati svetle.




Vanilla Cookies

Classic vanilla cookies - so simple, yet so delicious

1 cup=170 g

1 cup vegetable baking fat (such as Trex)

150 g caster sugar

10 g vanilla sugar

2 eggs

3 cup plain flour (about 510 g)

10 g baking powder


Method

1. Beat the vegetable baking fat, caster sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until combined, then add eggs and a couple of tablespoon of flour. Once everything has been mixed together, add sifted flour and baking powder.


2. Preheat the oven to 170 C (fan). Grease the cookie moulds with sunflower oil spray and take a teaspoon of dough to fill each mould.


3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the sides begin to brown slightly, but they should remain mostly pale. Take them out while they're still hot and carefully roll them in icing sugar. Leave to cool, then serve.
