150 g brasna
100 g hladnog maslaca
65 g secera
1 m.k extrakta vanilije
1 zumanjce(srednje)
Priprema
1. Staviti brasno u food procesor (ovo je brza opcija, moze se i rukom zamesiti) dodati maslac iseckan na kockice. Pulsirati kratko da se dobije mrvicata smesa, dodati sve ostale sastojke i zamesiti tjesto. Zamotati u foliju i staviti u frizider da odmara najmanje 1 sat.
2. Zagrijati rernu na 150C~(na zrak). Razvalajti tjesto na 3mm debljine na blago pobrasnjenoj radnoj podlozi. Malim kalupima, promera 3-4 cm vaditi keksice, slagati ih na pripremljene plehove, oblozene papirom za pecenje, peci oko 8 minuta ili kad pocnu rumeniti, gotovi su. Ostaviti ih da se ohlade i pre sluzenja posuti sa prah secerom.

Ingredients
150 g plain flour
100 g chilled butter
65 g golden caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium egg yolk
Method
1. Tip the flour into a food processor. Cut the butter into small pieces and drop them into the bowl. Mix until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. Add sugar, vanilla and egg yolk then mix to form a small dough. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. To bake, preheat the oven to 180 C~fan. Roll the dough to 3 mm thickness on a lightly dusted surface. Cut out the cookies using 3-4 cm cutters and place them on a prepared baking tray. Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
